Don’t Test the Depth of the Water with Both Feet!

Don't Guess, Test! Ask your customers. Ask your employees. Do a Beta test, get feedback, take a cycle of learning. Use Key Accounts or a Customer Council. Define success ahead of time. What will the key metrics look like? Key Benefit - you don't have to be right. Use the process to develop the right answer/approach. Get customer buy-in at the same time. They help design the right answer.
