The Rule of 5 to 7
Repetition is often undervalued. Market Research has shown the the Average Adult needs to hear something new 5 to 7 times in order to intellectually understand it, emotionally comfort zone it and be ready to take action. It is most effective is it is delivered using different mediums. What is your approach when communicating with employees? with customers? How do you confirm you were understood exactly the way you meant? What is your approach to follow up?
