There is no Magic in Business - Part 2
Last time out we discussed Pareto's Law or the 80/20 Rule. We talked about focusing our resources and dollars on the Top 20% to get to know our Customers better, the importance of segmenting our customers and servicing them differently with a goal to raise profits and retain profitable customers. Now, let's look at the reverse - the 80% of our customers that generate only 20% of our sales.
