What is Love at Work?

I just finished watching a Vistage Presentation by Marcus Buckingham , a NY Times Best Selling Author, about Love & Work. I love his definition that Love is a Deep, Unwavering Commitment to the Flourishing of another Human! Are you committed to your team? To their growth and development? Does your team love their work? Don't guess, ask. What do you love about your job? Your employees will appreciate and value your asking.
